One of the most effective ways of learning about the potential benefits of mindfulness training is by taken our taster course.
Recent research shows that web-based programs in mindfulness can reduce stress. Only 10 minutes of exercise a day makes a difference.
This short course is 2-4 weeks and you practice 1-2 times a day.
The training program contains
- Seven different Mindfulness exercises.
- Advice on training a couple of times per week via audio files.
- Everyday exercises to help you put your formal training into action in everyday life.
The course will help you to reduce stress, increase your focus and energy in everyday life. You can access the course on your phone, tablet or computer.
