Recent research shows that web-based programs in mindfulness can reduce stress. Only 10 minutes of exercise a day makes a difference.

How do I practise?

This training program contains exercises that are approximately 10 minutes long. You get the best results when you train about once a day five days a week until the end of the program. You can of course set up your training as it suits you best.

As a complement to the meditations, you also get simple everyday exercises that can help you be more present in everyday life.

When you’re done with the program, you just start all over again. You either follow the same structure or perform the exercises that you need for that particular day.
