Now you can train in mindfulness online! We are launching the new on-line course Introduction to Mindfulness, designed for people who are new to this practice, as well as for people with some experience who want to bring mindfulness more fully into their everyday life. You learn to make the most of the moment, to access your full resources and to better manage the pressures of everyday life and working life.

Results fast
Ideally you carry out two ten-minute training sessions daily, six times a week. If you want to and have the opportunity, you can of course train every day. The more often the better.
When you apply for Introduction to mindfulness, you will receive a three-month log-in to your own web page, where you find instructions for your training. This page is exclusively yours.
Introduction to mindfulness is normally completed in 8-12 weeks. If for some reason you cannot keep to this schedule, or if you want to continue for other reasons, you can pay for an extension at a discounted rate.

"Introduction to mindfulness" is produced by Mindfulnesscenter AB (MFC), Sweden´s leading education company in mindfulness, in cooperation with Breathworks in the United Kingdom. Our web-based application was introduced in Sweden in the spring of 2010. We are very pleased to be working with Breathworks, a collaboration that will involve a mutual and fruitful exchange of experiences. During the next couple of years MFC and Breathworks together will produce more internet based programs for mindfulness practice.
Founder and owner of the MFC is Dr. Ola Schenström, general
practitioner and one of Sweden´s leading experts on mindfulness. He
was trained in the United States, by, among others, Professor
Emeritus Jon Kabat-Zinn.
